Need to return an item?

ONLINE PURCHASE

Online returns need to be made within 7 days. We understand items may not be right for everyone so we are happy to exchange , credit or refund any item 

Your item must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date or from receiving the item to be eligible for an exchange or credit.

Only thing we ask is that the item must be returned in the same condition as you purchased it - unused, original tags and your proof of purchase.

Refund will be made to the nominated bank account.

PLEASE NOTE:

Unfortunately we cannot offer the same refund policy for the below
- Jewellery
- Swimwear
- Sunglasses
- Sale items
All items are final sale, we will not issue credit notes or exchange the item. 

 

INSTORE PURCHASE

Your item must be returned within two weeks of the purchase date to be eligible for an exchange or credit.

Only thing we ask is that the item must be returned in the same condition as you purchased it - unused, original tags and your proof of purchase.

Credit note or exchange will be issued for change of mind.


Faulty item?

We are committed to providing quality products. We carefully inspect each item that arrives to us before it is available to our customers. However, in the unfortunate event where you may receive a damaged or faulty item.
