EARNING LOYALTY POINTS

We calculate the loyalty points you earn, on qualifying purchases, for example every $1NZD spent you’ll receive 1 point - you can choose to spend your points as you unlock rewards or save to unlock greater rewards.

Customers with online store accounts are automatically enrolled in our loyalty programme. If you don't have an account yet, sign up here.

REDEEMING REWARDS

Loyalty rewards can be redeemed on all full priced purchases made at the Fashion Society store or online. Customers can choose to spend their loyalty rewards as they unlock discounts or choose to save to unlock greater rewards.

500 points ($500NZD) = 5% off next purchase

1500 points ($1,500NZD) = 10% off next purchase

3000 points ($3,000NZD) = 15% off next purchase

Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed:

On items already discounted from the original RRR
On the purchase from which the points were generated
On an order after the order has been placed
As a set up layby payment in store
In conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?

If you would like to check your points from in store and online purchases log in to your account here. Otherwise check your rewards points at the bottom of your next receipt.

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS ONLINE?

Rewards are issued as online voucher codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout. If you'd like to spend via our online store email us at shop@fashionsociety.co.nz and we'll set up this code during business hours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fashion Society loyalty reward vouchers may only be used on www.fashionsociety.co.nz and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Fashion Society. Fashion Society reserves the right to modify or cancel loyalty points at any time.

Fashion Society loyalty reward points can only be redeemed once. If you return any of the items purchased with your points, the loyalty points discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. If you return any of the items purchased with your rewards points, the loyalty rewards discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.

The terms of Fashion Society Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Fashion Society management. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason for doing so. We will not provide any consideration for loyalty rewards you've earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination.
